Robin I recently tried the Cowboy Blend and was really impressed. It brewed into a smooth, flavorful cup that I thoroughly enjoyed. The roast tasted like a light-medium to me, making it very easy to drink while still having plenty of rich coffee flavor.
The freshness was the first thing I noticed. As soon as I opened the bag, the aroma was incredible, and when I brewed it as a pour-over my whole house smelled like amazing coffee for hours. It was aromatic, well balanced, and made a great cup. I would definitely recommend this blend to anyone looking for a fresh, delicious coffee.
